I came to Amsterdam in July 2001, and fell in love with the city immediately. With its beauty, but also with the incredible freedom and tolerance. Where else in the world can one lie naked in a park in the middle of a city without being molested or arrested?

I started this blog in September 2001, hosted on Blogspot. Which I still love, but I’ve finally been won over by all the added features provided by WordPress.  A steep learning curve, but well worth it. Now, two months after registering my very own domain, I feel that I know enough about WP to migrate the blog.
